Wholesale gas and electricity markets remain volatile due to ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, with daily price fluctuations. While average rates are slightly higher than our last update on 16th April, prices did fall slightly yesterday.

TPG continues to advise against locking into long-term contracts where possible, as current prices remain above expected post-winter levels. We anticipate further reductions once global conditions stabilise.
