Wholesale electricity prices dropped, while gas prices remained broadly stable with a few minor short-term increases. The good news is that electricity remains in the mid-£70s per MWh, while gas is still just below 80p per therm. Hopefully, these prices of £80/80p stay below the psychological barriers, although we don’t see much scope for significant further reductions.
